We signed on with Bill and his team nearly a year ago. We had our online site for 3 years, and were interested in increasing traffic and sales (who’s not). We had joined and paid for one of the best known SEO training and traffic programs, and participated for several years. We knew exactly what to do and were doing it. The big problem we had was volume and how to get everything done. We just didn’t have the time to do the work ourselves or teach someone else to do it for us at our site. We simply couldn’t do it all ourselves, and decided to add help from Bill.

RESULTS! After less than a year with Bill and his team we have doubled our traffic. We have a very good conversion rate, and we feel confident that is because we know our niche and the products that niche wants. With a doubling of our traffic, our conversion rate has gone down a bit, less than 10%, but with a 100% increase in traffic that is expected. Obviously we couldn’t be more pleased.

About half way through our year, we had a blip that significantly lowered our gains. We had several one-on-one conversations with Bill personally to see what had happened. We both took corrective action, and now we are back even stronger. We know that much of our increased success has been due to the help we received from Bill and his services.

Since signing with Bill we have dropped our expensive membership in the educational internet marketing group and have actually saved money while doubling traffic and increasing our sales over 70%.

We highly recommend Bill and his services. We don’t know other businesses, but we know that the cost of this service has been a good bargain in relation to the increased sales and income we achieved.

As the Internet marketing evolution continues, the mom and pop type operators are beginning to realize its time to get serious or get out before someone steals their customers and crushes them.

To get serious you can't be spending your time doing customer support, web development, programming, page generation and other low paying technical work - you need to outsource!

I recently discovered an outsource service owned by a Canadian. You get North American practices like keeping to deadlines, professionalism and scheduled feedback but at prices much cheaper than you could ever hope for. . .

They began by managing my customer support on one of my sites, which they performed so well I added another monthly project... covering 7 of my sites (which I just extended to 9 sites). And now I'm so pleased, I'm in the middle of preparing the description for a 3rd monthly project, this one is more complex but they've proven they can handle it.

Bottom line is I have fewer headaches with menial tasks, I've more time for planning, strategizing and hard-core marketing AND I'm making more money.

Bill and his group have now written one program from scratch and have been working as my webmaster for about four months. In that time they have done a myriad of design, programming and problem solving tasks for three different websites. I have been extremely pleased with the results. They are skilled, accurate, have a good sense of balance and design, and almost always get it right the first time - which in my experience with other programmers or webmasters is almost impossible. I recommend them highly.

I apologize that I haven't gotten back with you sooner about the last report, but we are indeed very pleased. Even though you have "Learn to Type" as ranking 35, it regularly pops up on page one so that is excellent progress.

You had asked me to add Math Games to the Math Software title and I've done that.

I want to point out to you that linking to individual product pages may not be very fruitful as these change regularly. Our inventory is very dynamic and we sell what our wholesalers stock. From a linking/ranking point of view, maybe it's best to link no deeper than my sections (Learn to Type, Math Software & Math Games etc).

We are excited about new phases of SEO you are moving into, such as social bookmarking.

We are adding a new product line that will be learning and sign language software for the hearing impaired, but it won't be online for more than a month. When we get it going, maybe we can send some SEO in that direction. I was thinking about a press release also at that time.

I think you’ll enjoy knowing that I had a surprisingly good December and even sold 300 frames to Freddie Mac for their Xmas party! (I forbore to ask if they paid out of the taxpayer bailout funds…) I had a lot of collage orders and that landing page became the highest volume for entering visitors, so that is all thanks to your efforts. I also had the first sale in my new photo jewelry category, frankly much to my astonishment. I’m just working out my strategy for the first part of the year and may change some of the KW phrases next month, but would like to continue as we are for the time being. I need to ramp the traffic up as quickly as I can (the conversion rate seems pretty good). . .
